Over the past years MAEER's MIT have opened the Medical Sciences Learning Centre - in 1990 along complete multispecialty hospital has 500 bed capacity expandable to 750 in future with Hospital, at Latur Campus.

Maharashtra Institute of Medical Studies & Research (MIMSR) at Latur in 1990, with the 500 bed capacity hospital is attached to it as Yashwantrao Chavan Rural Hospital, Latur. Lateron in the year 1995 Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education & research (MIMER) is developed at Talegaon Dabhade near Pune. By grabbing the need of pharmacist Maharashtra Institute of pharmacy established in 1997 at kothud Campus.

Only Multispecialty hospital is upcoming at our Raj Baugh campus with name Vishwaraj Hospital.
